As of right now I have several different inspections reports. A written residential home inspection report is a 15 - 40 page report given to you right after the inspection is complete. A photograph narrative computer generated report, emailed to you, or a combo of both. A "walk through" inspections where no report is generated or needed.
HAND WRITTEN
The residential report covers everything in, on and around the house. Complies with the Wisconsin Standards of Practice that govern Home Inspectors. You take two copies of this report with you when you leave the home inspection or I can e-mail you an electronic version later that day or the next.
PHOTO INSPECTION REPORT (electronic)
The photo report is for residential & commercial inspections. Follows the Wisconsin Standards of Practice set forth by the state. Photos are taken and put into a type written report and can be e-mailed and/or snail mailed and/or hand delivered. This is the most popular report.
WALK THROUGH
A walk through inspection has no written report, only a verbal report. These are less expensive but not excepted in the Real Estate transation. FYI only.
