As of right now I have several different inspections reports. A writen residential home inspection report is a 15 page report given to you right after the inspection is complete. A photograph narative computer generated report, emailed to you, or a combo of both. A "walk through" inspections where no report is generated or needed.
The residential report covers everything in, on and around the house. Complies with the Wisconsin Standards of Practice that govern Home Inspectors. You take two copies of this report with you when you leave the home inspection or I can e-mail you an electronic version later that day or the next.
The photo report is more for commercial inspections, some residential. Photos are taken and put into a type written report and can be e-mailed and/or snail mailed and/or hand delivered.
A walk through inspection has no written report, only a verbal report. These are less expensive but not excepted in the Real Estate transation. FYI only.
