COMMERCIAL INSPECTIONS PRICES:
Commercial inspections are billed by the square footage of the building, the type of business in the building, and the age of the building.  Prices range from
$.01 - $.10 sq. ft.  for warehouse-type buildings,
$.05 - $.20 sq. ft. for office space and retail buildings.
$.05 - $.30 sq ft. for industrial or manufacturing type buildings. 
A $500.00 minimum.

These prices are guidelines only and can change.  Please call for inspection prices for your building.

TESTING FEES:

Radon test with inspection...$150.00
Radon test without inspection $225.00

Carbon monoxide testing.....$40.00

Combustible gas detection.....$40.00

A $50.00 trip charge may be charged for inspections outside of Dane County.
