PHOTO INSPECTION REPORT  (electronic)
The photo report is for residential & commercial inspections.  Follows the Wisconsin Standards of Practice set forth by the state.  Photos are taken and put into a type written report and can be emailed and/or snail-mailed and/or hand-delivered.  This is the most popular report.


WALK THROUGH
 A walk-through inspection has no written report, only a verbal report.  These are less expensive but not included in the Real Estate transaction.  FYI only.
